But then she got fed up of listening to the pesky BS thoughts.
She got fed up of not using the tool.
She also realised that her message was far more important than her insecurities. BOOMย
With that in mind:
She started to use live streaming to speak to her FB group.
Every day she started to go live, she started to expose herself.
She became visible and one day at a time she started to feel more confident.
Then the most wonderful thing happened, all of a sudden her message became clearer. BOOM BOOMย
Using live streaming not only helps you to gain traction in your business but it also helps you to deliver a clear and concise message which speaks to more people and ultimately creates the clients that you want to serve and work with.

Connecting with your audience is hard......
If you only use written posts to convey your message.ย
For some using camera to connect with their audience seems really simple.ย
Unfortunately for others, it seems almost impossible to conquer, at least that’s what I told myself.ย
Do some of the things that you say to yourself sound like this:
What will people say?
What will people think?
Will I sound funny?
How do I look?
What if I lose my words or have nothing to say?
What would I say of value?
Is my background good enough?
If some of these reasons resonate with you then you are in the right place.ย
Read on to find out how you can make friends with the lens.ย

The underlying challenge of going live or recording a video is somehow always linked to what you think about yourself and your concern about what people think or will think about you.
During our time together the focus of the conversations will be in helping you overcome your struggle with not feeling good enough.
It will be an in-depth exploration of all the what-ifs and the narrative that you have operating in the background
Now you might be wondering, why on earth should I pay for this course when a challenge is usually free?
Let me ask you a question:
How many times have you started a challenge or free training with the best intentions to complete it, only to stop halfway through?
Could it be because it was free, no investment was made then it was easier for you to stop?ย
With free stuff more often than not you tend to talk yourself out of the commitment.ย ย
Unfortunately, unless you literally put your money where your mouth is then you won’t put in the time.ย
Even the best of intentions seem to fade.ย I have no idea why it works that way but it does.ย ย
When you pay you are the beneficiary of your investment.ย
When you pay money you pay attention.ย
You have focus, accountability and you take action.ย
What would investing โฌ197 mean for you and your business?
Truth be told this course is a real steal.ย I should be charging more but I won’t because I want to make it affordable.ย
This course is for you if you want to have fun whilst learning.ย
ย I can promise you that if you come on this adventure you will make friends with the lens.ย

Jenny Schmal's Experience
I loved the professionally designed content and especially the cover design.
The units videos and instructions great concept and well placed strategically (you know your stuff).
The underlying gift for others to connect and get their message out there brilliant idea ..
You come across as someone who cares deeply and I trusted you enough to be โjust Jennyโ.
Your feedback was excellent on point and valuable…
What I found missing ( just me):
I did not enjoy that the challenge was open to your whole group allowing them access to a group of people sharing aspects of their lives that may for them have been private
I prefer to feel I am in a group where we are not just commentators rather participants who were all showing up in videos ( again only my view) or it can be explained upfront that itโs an open group where anyone can just comment on any video without reading the units or knowing what the task is ( only my point of view)
That said( with love)
It was great – thank you, Diane, I benefitted greatly.

Listen to Linda Yim talk about her experience
Linda wanted to learn my style of going live. What she experienced was, love compassion, how to go on live at any time and to recognise what had been stopping her from doing it.
“I loved it because it wasn’t restrictive, it was very freeing.”
Julius's & Jan's Experience

Listen to Carin Van Buuren talk about her own transformation
One of the things that was blocking Carin from going on camera was perfectionism.
‘When I started doing the challenge, I overcame a lot of my fears and doubts.
In the end it made sure that my videos became very natural, very nice to listen and look at.’

Module 4: Find your Sweet Spot
In this exercise, you will learn to identify your preferred way of going on camera.ย

Do you think it takes confidence to go on camera or courage?
Module 6: Myth of Perception

Module 7: Dog Treatsย
What if you could learn to ignore the what-if thoughts?
